One British DJ has bagged an antique motor at auction.
Those looking to value their antique treasures might be interested to learn that radio presenter Chris Evans has secured a Ferrari 250 GTO at auction. He picked up the motor for £12 million from RM Auctions, which outlined the rarity of the model.
Max Girardo, managing director of the auction house's European-operations, stated that the car's exclusivity "cannot be understated".
He added: "We are pleased to have been able to unite this exceptional car with a new and immensely enthusiastic owner." Mr Girardo also noted that anyone in possession of such a car is given a big welcome whenever they attend rallies or race events. After buying the motor, Evans posted a picture on his Twitter site with the caption: "The new one has arrived."
Meanwhile, anyone looking to get their most prized possessions valued might be interested in news that a collection of items belonging to the late model Anna Nicole Smith will be sold in Las Vegas this June.
