Guns N' Roses star's car has antiques valuation of $100k

He is also selling a number of his guitars.

Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash is set to put his car under the hammer - and it has attracted an antiques valuation of between $90,000 (£56,000) and $100,000.

According to Reuters, the US rocker - who recently appeared on stage with the Black Eyed Peas during their set at this year's Super Bowl Final - is selling a number of his possessions at auction.

This includes his 1966 Corvette Stingray, which he has described as a "monster of a car".

Calling from a tour bus en route to a show in Oklahoma, the guitarist said: "I have a bad habit of collecting stuff that I don't necessarily use."

But after recently moving house he has decided to offload a number of his old items on March 26th, including around 14 of his instrument of choice, as well as jackets, T-Shirts and two of the top hats he is known for wearing.
