An antique price guide of £150,000 has been placed on an array of paintings by Adolf Hitler.
Paintings by Adolf Hitler are set to go under the hammer later this month with an antique price guide of £150,000.
The items - which were created by the former Nazi leader around 1908 - will go on sale at Ludlow Racecourse, Shropshire on September 30th.
Richard Westwood-Brookes of Mullocks Auctions said a young, penniless Hitler would sell his wares to tourists to try to earn a living.
"He tried to get into an academy in Vienna to pursue a career as a professional artist but had two applications turned down," he added.
And Mr Westwood-Brookes stated that the German was just not good enough as a painter and his perspective was all wrong when he was drawing people.
Cutlery owned by Hitler and his mistress Eva Braun is also set to go up for sale at the auction, including a silver fish knife with the Fuhrer's name on it.
