A selection of rare works could be set for a high book price at auction.
Those looking for book valuations might be interested in news that a series of rare items donated to an Oxfam store in Bristol could fetch as much as £25,000.
Among the collectibles on offer at an upcoming Bonhams sale in Oxford will be the original etchings of Renoir, Manet and Morisot, which may accrue a sum of more than £1,000.
The Queen's Road branch of the charity organisation received the books in months gone by and will put the proceeds towards projects around the world.
Commenting on the haul, shop manager Michael O'Grady explained: "The Manet art book came in among a number of books, which were donated about six months ago."
He added: "It was a hugely exciting find, as it is complete with original sketches."
Mr O'Grady revealed that the organisation was overwhelmed by the donations and was pleased to reclaim the tax on the transaction for charitable purposes.
The news comes after a series of items belonging to the 20th century American author John Steinbeck were sold at Bloomsbury Auction in New York for $73,950 (£49,300).
